Shipping & Returns

Each work by Nancy Faas is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of work. Smaller objects and jewellery are often available for immediate dispatch, while larger sculptures may require additional production time.

All shipments are handled with care and include tracking where applicable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Custom made works and commissioned pieces are excluded from returns.
